Pat Cooper

Pat Cooper is a principal in the firm’s Montgomery office, where he has worked for 20 years. Cooper, a Certified Public Accountant, specializes in tax compliance and tax consulting services for utility clients across the US. He is a graduate of Auburn University where he obtained his undergraduate and Master of Accountancy degrees. Cooper holds professional membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants and is affiliated with numerous utility-specific associations. He also serves on the Board of the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives – Electric Coop Chapter.
