W. Mark Baker

Mark Baker brings almost 25 years of experience to his accounting practice. A specialist in the healthcare industry, he provides tax and consulting services to long term care facilities, physician practices and other healthcare operations. He provides tax and consulting services to closely-held businesses and professional services firms as well.

Baker currently serves on the University of Alabama Culverhouse School of Accountancy Professional Advisory Board and the Elmore County Health Care Authority. He has previously served on the boards of Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, Brantwood Children’s Home, River Region United Way, University of Alabama Federal Tax Clinic and has served as finance chair of Mulder United Methodist Church.

He holds professional membership in the American Society of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA). Baker holds both a undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of Alabama.
