Ed Sauls was a leader in Jackson Thornton’s Valuation and Litigation consulting group until his death in March 2018.
This group offers business valuation services along with litigation support for professional firms and courts throughout the Southeast.
Sauls’ dedication to his area of practice was evidenced by his commitment to continuing education. He was a Certified Valuation Analyst and held the ABV (Accredited Business Valuation) certification as well as the MAFF (Master Analyst in Financial Forensics) certification.
Sauls was a past board member and chairman of the National Kidney Foundation. He was a Leadership Montgomery alumnus as well as past president of the Montgomery Lions Club.
Sauls was a graduate of the University of Alabama. He was also a former member of the Culverhouse School of Accountancy Professional Advisory Board, University of Alabama.
Sauls held professional membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.
