Sometimes the biggest accounting firms don’t always see the big picture, especially when it comes to employees. At Jackson Thornton, we’re proud of the atmosphere of goodwill and trust we’ve built among those who work here, and the dedication to solid relationships and enthusiastic client service that results.
Within our company atmosphere, we never lose sight of the importance of treating others the way we want to be treated. We believe a work-life balance serves everyone better than year-round 60-hour weeks. Yes, we work hard. And we also spend a good bit of time within the community – both socially and through volunteering. We’re not just about careers. We’re about opportunities for well-rounded individuals. Within this big picture, Jackson Thornton gives each employee room to grow – both as a professional and as a person.
Jackson Thornton will never treat you like a number. After all, we’re looking for more than numbers – we’re looking for those who can proactively arrive at solutions that make a difference for our clients. Our advisory certified public accountants are professional consultants who build rewarding careers through outstanding personal service to our clients. Jackson Thornton CPAs have the opportunity to explore a wide variety of services to an equally diverse base of industries. We work hard, learning and honing new skills every day. But we also have time to enjoy family, pursue hobbies and leisure activities, or volunteer within our communities.
We have opportunities for interns each year and periodically for experienced CPAs.
Jackson Thornton isn’t just looking for CPAs. With a full range of services including technology, education and training, litigation consulting and support, and much more, we look for talent in various areas. These career opportunities will be posted here as they become available.
