Client Portal Info

We are pleased to announce our recent implementation of a state of the art Portal that we will use to facilitate the secure transmission of electronic files between our office and your computer.  The security of your sensitive information is a primary concern at Jackson Thornton, and this Portal will help us achieve our file management and data security goals.

The Portal is a web-based application that allows for the encrypted, bi-directional transmission and storage of electronic data.  Once we create your portal you will receive a few introductory email notifications with additional information and your specific login credentials.  Jackson Thornton will use the Portal to give you quick and easy access, 24/7, to your important financial documents including tax returns and financial statements.  You will also have the ability to send files to us through the Portal.  The Portal can accept file uploads as large as 2GB which means that it will work well for very large files, including QuickBooks files that are too large for email.
